A color customizable light, with adjustable brightness An color customizable projectile generator, a "gravity probe" to see the effect of gravity on each world, and to have fun with. You can even make the projectiles glow a color of your choosing. More nanites allow you to increase velocity Treads, to move along the surface. Can be adjusted to go very fast if you collect enough nanites! Tread jumper - Jumps by launching the treads down quickly (sort of like how a grasshopper hops). Power can be boosted to allow you to leap over a building! Jetpack to fly! Grabber beam to hold and release large objects. We picked up a brief transmission from deep space, possibly in the direction of their home world. This is the word we heard "A'kramm". No idea what it means. However, shortly after that transmission was picked up, the sun had its biggest, most devastating solar flare we have ever seen by far. We are wondering if there is a connection. A mere word in radio waves should not be able to cause such a catastrophic event. Rumors are that an alien ship was detected in close orbit around the sun, could there be a connection there? Getting ready for release: Planetary Settlers is approved for Early Access release, scheduled for May 30th, 2018. I am busy polishing it up, fixing bugs, and adding features. I have the inner solar system ready for action, with Mars, the Moon, Earth, Venus, and Mercury levels available, each with realistic gravity. Missions are implemented, and the first main quest is implemented. Work your way from Mars, inward through the solar system as you try to re-establish contact with humanity, and find out what caused the devastating solar flare! Graphics Update - Settings from Retro to Epic: I have made it so you can access the graphics menu in game, instead of having to go back to the title screen to make adjustments. Just pause (p) and go to the Graphics tab. Pick your desired settings and press Apply. I have also added 4 new graphics presets (fastest running first): Retro: Do you like the feel of the old time games?Go to Graphics, click "Retro" and enjoy a look that is a "blast from the past!" This is the fastest frames per second built in setting. Fast: This is designed to run fast, use this setting or retro if you are lagging while playing Planetary Settlers. Fast optimizes the graphics to run fast while still looking halfway decent. Default: This is the way Planetary Settlers used to run before I added graphics options. If you like the current look and feel, you can stick with this, but feel free to experiment with the other settings! Epic: Crank it up to the max and enjoy the best graphics available in Planetary Settlers. This will probably run slowly (low frames per second) though, unless you have a really nice gaming computer.
